Sunless Sunday

Howdy Girls!

Cherie, great job with the lesson today in RS. Very motivating, thank you!

You all looked so good today, Ilene looked so happy to have her daughter there, Kim you looked great in your sweater, Cherie you were rockin that double buckled belt, Heather marital bliss was brimming on your face. I love seeing ya'll and I'm so excited to have dinner with you on Tuesday!

I met my goals today, and I'm going to bed early! yipee!

good job

Way to go ladies. You are all so strong. Kim, don't know how you resisted cocoa bean, so brave. Went to a birthday party for my granddaughter today. Did not eat the real cake but snitched the left overs while helping to frost. Guess that counts as cake too. I am weighing in tomorrow and seeing the bad news as a way to jump start my resolve. Expect to be up about 5 pounds but we will see.

Friday

Met my goals. Even went to the gym tonight, woohoo! Happy weekend!!

Thursday

I met my goals!

I passed up pizza, homemade PB milk chocolate butterscotch chip cookies, and reed's dairy chocolate milk!! ugghhhh....I'm a happy girl though cuz I killed the ball tonight!! no lie!

Hope ya'll had a goal met day!

2 days in a row

I met my goals again today--so I'm still at 100% for November! It sounds like you're all doing well too. Good to hear it! Cherie, if all you ate today was a burrito, you didn't do so bad either!

By the way, where are we going next Tuesday?

First day of Atkins induction!

I started Atkins induction today! It was simple and I'm super happy to back at it. I met my goals!!
Happy trails my friends!

It's begun!

I think this is the start of the holiday season. Maybe it starts at Thanksgiving . . . I don't know. But I do know this is the perfect time to get refocused (if you need to). I'm committing to a 100% November even with Thanksgiving and company. I hope we all have a great month!
