It's begun!

I think this is the start of the holiday season. Maybe it starts at Thanksgiving . . . I don't know. But I do know this is the perfect time to get refocused (if you need to). I'm committing to a 100% November even with Thanksgiving and company. I hope we all have a great month!

    I COMMIT!

    I met my goals today :0)

    I can't wait for all the candy to be out of my house!! I'm about to just throw the whole bowl in the trash...but, it's a great feeling to go to bed knowing I resisted all day long...better than going to bed upset cuz I ate the whole bowl... like I've done a thousand times before! (no exaggeration on the number thousand).
