Home again

So proud of you 4 amazing ladies that stuck to your goals and fought the good fight. Last week was very tough for me. I hate to say it but my jeans that I bought at my goal weight a few months ago are very tight. Why do I do this? I am wearing them today to remind myself how good they used to feel. Looking forward to meeting on Tuesday, I need to raise my hand and swear to stick to my goals, like the rest of you are doing. Good job. Hope you found some great bargains on your black Friday shopping. I was nearly trampled at Walmart and have a few bruises from flying elbows and crashing carts. My very quiet, very sweet son-in-law almost started a riot at shopko at midnight, great fun.

  2. Cherie, you're great!
It was our 31 anniversary today. We went for a nice walk around the green belt. Then Joel took me out to dinner.
    Life is good.

  3. Cherie-Glad you survived Black Friday! I stayed home so that kept me safe!

Congratulations Ilene! Not many people can claim 31 years of marriage and still going strong.

Lisa-Wow, you're doing great. Keep it up!

Heather-Even though you haven't posted yet, I know you're doing great too!

I met my goals today also. I'm still watching for that movement into the next lower decade. I keep getting closer and closer, but at a snail's pace! Today I was less than a pound away, but my weight keeps going slightly up and down so it's hard to know how soon I'll get there. I felt like I should have lost at least 5 lbs. this week if you counted all the food i passed up. I definitely would have gained 5 if I would have eaten it all!
