Thanks for the great company at dinner tonight. It is such fun to dine with wonderful friends. I feel inspired to get back on track. I am aiming for 10 days, good luck with the 100.

I met my goals today--tried the protein bar right after I worked out. It will be interesting to see if that makes a difference!
