I met my goals today--yahoo. I went to the gym tonight--first time in a week and a half. It was hard to get myself there, but once I got going, I was glad I went. I am also 1 out of 2. My goal for May is 30 out of 31. I really think I could put myself in a new decade with that goal!
OK...I'm blogging, yeah !! :0) I'm excited for May!! I played 2 hard hours of volleyball tonight and I'm going to step class at 6 am in the morning. I'm ready to lose some weight this week!! And I committed to myself to "soft jog" the 5k for the RS thing, so I gotta get my cardio in check before then. I'm gonna do it!! 5k sure sounds more intimidating than 3 miles :0)
Met goals. Totally forgot about the meeting today, crazy day at work, and it made me lose my mind.
