It's 11:00 and I'm the first one to post! I'm missing hearing from all of you. But, if you're not checking the blog you won't even get that message :(.

I met my goals today. I almost talked myself out of going to the gym because it was late, but I did it, and as Allison said when we got home, "We never regret going to the gym after we're done."
