Lovely
Heather, yesterday was lovely and you were a beautiful bride. Thanks for including me. Lisa, I am glad you are finding out what to do to help your daughter get better, stressful not knowing what is going on. Kim you will be right back at it and Ilene I know you are doing well. I had a good couple of days. Lovely weather also.

I met my goals today thanks to Kim! I was home alone with the candy....and the BBQ Ribs....and the ice cream!!!! I got scared, but Kim showed up at my door with some amazing little low-carb coconut cookies and saved me!!! After she left the song "That's What Friends Are For" kept going through my head :0) Good ol Dionne Warwick :0) Thanks Kim...I really think you were inspired cuz I was struggling!
ReplyDeleteHope you're all doing well! Love to ya ALL!
Great job ladies!! I'm eating yummy food and having a marvelous time. I'm still running! I'm glad to hear that you are on track and doing well everyone of you!
ReplyDeleteCherie-Glad to hear you're doing well! You always look fantastic anyway.
ReplyDeleteLisa-I'm glad those little cookies helped! I liked them because they're good enough to make you feel like you're getting a treat but not so good that you want to eat the whole batch :).
Heather--you wrote!! I hope today is fun for you too.
Ilene-I had no idea you were such a talented artist. I got to see her little playhouse yesterday. The rest of you need to take a tour. It's so cute and well done. It looks like she paid a professional artist to come in and paint. (I'm not joking.)
I met my goals yesterday. I was back at Atkins--had an easy time with it. I'm weighing on Saturdays, so I'll probably report my loss each week. This week I only lost .5 a pound. (I know--better to lose 1/2 pound than to gain 1/2 pound.) I'm sure Thursday had something to do with that, but it did motivate me to stick to Atkins over Halloween.
Have a great weekend!
