Did anyone do any tricks??
I ran 11 miles this morning while listening to confrence and it was cold, windy and amazing!! I am so excited to run in the SLC half marathon and know Kim and I will do well, we are very well trained!
I met my goals!! Day 50 is DONE!! Only 50 more to go! I had hopes of being at my goal by the end of this 100 day challenge and I honestly think I will be there! It's amazing what happens with full compliance and perseverance!
I loved the talks and needed to hear some of them! I hope my friends of the HLC are well, I feel like I'm the lone ranger here lately, guess I need to get more of a life huh? :) happy trails my friends!

ReplyDeleteI'm writing from LA tonight. I'll be flying back to IF tomorrow. I had a good trip--not as good for the diet as I thought it'd be but this is the perfect week to restart and recommit!
I'm looking forward to seeing everyone Tuesday. Be sure to bring your calendars so we can make lots of hiking plans for the summer--and any other kind of plans you can think of!
I posted today on yesterday. I think I have a case of brain freeze, probably from eating too much junk. Need focus and to get out of my car. So glad you kept up with posts Heather. Good job Heather and Ilene for keeping up the 100 days. Good job Kim for doing well on vacation. Can wait to hear about your success at the marathon. You guys are awesome. Hope all had a good break. Thanks for keeping us up to date Heather. We will all get back into it now that spring break is over.
ReplyDeleteWell, it's Monday at 4:13 am. and I just got back from Redi-Care. I've been sick for 2 weeks now! UGHHH....St George was great though. I'd rather be sick in the sun! :0) They finally switched anti-biotics on me so hopefully this new one will knock it out of me!

Heather & Ilene, so proud of you guys! I'm still truckin along. Not 100% but better than I've been in years. I just put together a women's team for apple's league, so that will be another night of volleyball for me. :0) I so love that game!
