Yes, those blogger people changed things around. not sure why
ReplyDeleteYou're funny Lisa! I didn't think you talked that much! I'm glad to hear you're doing well.
Today I started a no-sugar spree once again. It just hasn't been working for me to allow myself one dessert a week, or one dessert a day (jk) etc. I've been in the same weight decade for awhile now--well, since February. I'll get to the bottom of it, then slack off, inch my way to the top, panic, get down to the bottom and on and on. I decided the only way to put a stop to this yo-yo was to ban sugar from my diet! Greg wants to do the same thing, so last night we threw everything out. Ok, we did keep the canister of plain sugar, but so far, I'm not one to eat sugar directly :). My goal as of today (and I've done it!) is no sweets until my birthday in September--that's 133 sugarfree days. This step will definitely bring me to my ultimate weight goal.
See y'all on Tuesday!
Most excellent decision Kim!!!! You will be amazingly strong and even more georgeous then you already are! You can do it!!
ReplyDeleteLisa- so happy to have you blog again, we need your fun humor and energy!!
It was fun to see everyone today at church. Excited to see you and visit on Tuesday.
Goals met of course.. 22 more days to go on this challenge.
I saw the three of you sitting together in Sunday School and wanted to join but was late and did not want to walk that far. Three of my favorite people in a row. G M today. Not as paniced about needing to start a new month as usual. Good sign.
ReplyDeleteGreat job ladies! I'd like to sit and be tempted to talk. Or rather, just talk somewhere when it is allowed.
