Happy 4th of July weekend

I got caught in the mysterious loop of computers and could not get my post to go yesterday. Weird. So good to hear from so many of you. July is going to be a good month. I like the "proud of myself idea", Kim you always have great ideas. I am proud because I lost 1 pound. It is getting very slow these days but still going the right direction. I am also proud of myself for having great friends like you guys. Looking forward to all the fun.

  2. It was a great day. Joel and I rode our bikes to the farmers market. We too had a great time. I bought some foot cream from a woman I knew in the Pioneer ward. Her business is "What Ever Floats Your Goat". I also bought a bar of soap from her. I passed up all of the food I shouldn't eat. I felt proud of that and the fact that I passed up icecream, fruit salad (with whip cream), and pop at my Mom's picinic.
I'm most proud that I met my goals again!

  4. So uplifting and fun to read everyone's posts!!!
I too met my goals and also passed up all sorts of whipped salads, ice cream sundaes, chips, and most of all cocoa bean!!
Feeling in control of myself and feeling my confidence grow everyday I meet my goals is way more enjoyable then a moment of binge eating.
    Happy Sunday my friends!
