Monday and it's very hot!!

Hello my friends! I met my goals. It's sure hot out there. I just got home from running and whew it was not so pleasant going in the heat. But I do really enjoy the sun. So I made a fantastic find at walmart. Atkins makes a low carb Oreo!! Oh yes, they come in little packets of 3 for a serving. They are delicious and work into my Atkins lifestyle. I'm super happy that after 5 weeks on Atkins my hair is in tact. I'm loving this low carb living! Hope everyone is enjoying their various vacations and summer!

    Thanks for spreading the news about low carb oreos. Do they taste as good as the real thing? Way to go Heather keeping up with running even when it is hot. I too love the sun. Met goals today (Monday).

    I think they are yummy. They are with the other Atkins products. They of course are not an Oreo per say, but a chocolate sandwich cookie. They taste great. Atkins really has some great tasting products!!
