Another glorious Saturday has come and gone

I met my goals and am MOST proud of Kim and I for making treats all day and partaking of not a one morsel!

    I met my goals :0) Feels good to be conscience of my eating.

    I have 14 days left to meet my phase one goal...to be in ONEderland! I'm anxious to get into the 100's again and to stay there for the rest of my life...I can do it!!

    You two have such will power. So proud of you. Saturday was the other day so not so great. Sunday is a good time to start again. The week ahead will be tough with all the celebrating but we can do it. Good luck on the countdown to Christmas.

    Yes, it's true . . .Saturday was Grandma's cookie day at my house. I had the 7 granchildren over to decorate sugar cookies plus we made snickerdoodles, brownies and M&M cookies oh and those oreo cookies. I made it through the whole day without even one little snitch. I was proud because I've never been able to do that before. I'm proud of all of you too! Everyone is working on their goals and that's what counts. What a great group of women you are!!
