Great ideas
Love the idea of setting a goal for all the goal weights. That means we have to reach it or maintain it by that time. Maintaining has proven hard for me over the holidays. Lucky for me there are so many people at my house for the next 3 days (22) that all the junk food will be gone. I am on board to do a 41 day challenge starting on Jan 1st and ending on Feb 10th when Kim and Heather end. Me, Lisa and Ilene will be strong just like Heather and Kim. I also want to train for the 5K in April. Hope your holidays are turning out to be very merry. Mine are crazy and bright. It is 11 and I feel the winkies coming on (let the giggling begin).
