Today was 11 miles running for Kim and I. We pretty much rock! I met my goals. Ilene- wow I'm impressed with you, I guess I didn't know you were already doing no sugar before!
Great job ladies...I ran the other night from my house to the Parker's. About 4 or 5 houses down the road. There and back!! ...I didn't even stop once either! Except to grab the cupcake holders I was borrowing :0)
I am most impressed with your running ladies....I'm gonna do that someday!
I've met my goals and am feeling like I'm on a good foot! So happy about that! Thanks for the support...ya'll keep me straight!
I was too tired to make my way to the computer last night after that run :)
I met my goals yesterday. I'm proud of all of you for your strength and commitment.
I've been wavering a bit on this second 100 day challenge--most days good, but a few here and there not so good--SOOO it's back to The Zone for me. When I did the Zone the first 100 days I subscribed to this program that created a daily menu and I followed it perfectly except for substituting things I didn't like. This time I've been more on my own and when I don't have a set plan, I don't always make great choices. So I'm going to resubscribe today and tag along with you guys for the next 65 days! That's my new goal--65 days of 100% compliance.
Can't believe (actually I can believe) that you guys can run so far. Amazing. Are you still in for the 1/2 marathon on Apr 21st, Heather? You will do awesome. I get on my treadmill almost every day but I think it shuts down after 4 miles, maybe I should try and see if it goes further. Good luck with the zone, Kim. Lisa if you every want to run together I can go about 200 yards.
You ladies are funny! Way to go on all of your accomplishments. My accomplishment is that I haven't eaten sugar, and I am still alive. That is about it. GM
