I met my goals today. I started a weight lifting program I did almost 2 years ago (ChaLean Extreme). I had a record of the weights I finished up with last time. For most of the exercises, the weights were too light! So, I guess I've gotten stronger which is always nice.
Thanks to those of you who went to the caucus tonight. I did my visiting teaching instead :).
