Friday and loads of laughs!

Goals met! I have had a fantastic Friday and my stomach hurts from laughting! Life sure is fantastic!! Hope everyone has a fantastic weekend and keep at it ladies... We totally got this! We have completed 34 straight days Ilene!! :)

    34 plus the 30 before that! Hey, good thing, or I'd be extremely fat by now, feeding my anxiousness.

    Laughing is GREAT medicine. I love laughing with friends. GM

    Spread the sunshine and the laughter. You all rock. GM so far today, down 1 pound from the 2 or 3 I gained lately. Down is good.
