oh oh

Not looking forward to weigh in tomorrow.  Too much junk food this week, birthday, company, Father's Day etc.  Excuses, excuses.  One week left to get that percentage body weight down.  Did well today and will do well tomorrow.  Fun bike ride today, Kim.  We missed you Heather, hope you are feeling better.  Good luck, push hard till the 27th.

  2. Good to be back on the blog!

    I'm doing well, but changing things up a bit. I've been eating most of the calories Myfitnesspal says I can have with all the exercise. Well . . . it's been nice, but I haven't been losing any weight! So, starting yesterday, I'm limiting myself to about 1600 calories. This should make a difference . . . but I'll let you know!
