Here we go!

I think this might work out better--taking one month at a time. Today let's share our goals for the rest of the month. Also, when you get a chance, donate $5 to the HLC envelope for the month. We talked about giving the winner (which is hopefully all of us!) the money at the end of the month. Do you think we should have some other fund going for our next adventure? Speaking of next adventure--I was thinking Park City in October. Does that sound good to everyone?

  1. My goals for July 12 - 31 (20 days):
    1. Continue the ChaLean Extreme program as outlined.
    2. Follow the Runners World program for half-marathon training.
    3. Follow Atkins 100%, beginning with the 14-day induction today.
    4. Comment on the blog daily unless I'm in a place without computer access.

  2. Great Goals Kim!! I met my goals for today and lost another 3 lbs this last week. Super Excited I am!!
    My goals for July 12-30 are:
    1~ Atkins everyday.
    2~ Follow the Runners World program for the half-marthon training.
    3~ Continue my weight lifting program 3 days a week.
    4~ Try to get more sleep at night. That is a goal that might not get met so much, but I really know that my body could use it. I will shoot for being in ned by Midnight everyday. I am not going to penalize myself though if I don't meet this goal. It's a work in progress.

  4. My goals are the same as last month since I was a slacker and did not stick to them very well. Eat less than 40 grams of carbs each day till I lose 5 more pounds, track my food and exercise each day, work out 6 days a week, weight train for 3 of the 6 days. Keep off the weight I have lost. Park City sounds fun.

  5. I forgot to comment last night . . . I met my goals for the day.

    Also, what we're going to do each month is have everyone donate $5 to the winner pool (and hopefully you'll earn your money back!) plus $5 to the fun fund.
