I'M BAAAAAACCCCCCKKKKK!!!
Hey there ladies....have you missed me? :) My life has been crazy busy lately but I am determined to stay focused on my goals of losing weight and becoming a healthier person! I am still going to personal training and exercise classes in the mornings! I feel like I do a ton of running around just in my daily activities of taking care of my kids, etc...Things are going well. I am down about 7 pounds since starting training. I am hoping for the best...it has been so hard but I am determined to make it through! I am proud of the things I have been accomplishing so far and look forward to what is yet to come! ReplyDeleteToday was my "rest" day from both Chalene and Runners World. It was kind of nice. Hopefully some of my minor aches and pains took today to heal themselves!
Nutritionally today was the best I've had in awhile. I counted carbs--stayed under 20--and I feel good. My other diet plan was good in theory (Just eat healthy!), but I learned that for now I need something more structured.
Today is day 30 of our current program. So, as soon as we're all in town, we should report our results. We could just do it through this blog, or do you think we should meet in person? What we need to report is out of the last 30 days: number of days exercise goals met, number of days nutrition goals met, and total pounds lost. I think that's all we talked about. I'll go ahead and report mine: exercise goals: 30/30 nutrition goals: 22/30 Pounds lost: 0
Renae~ it's about time! JK welcome back and I miss you when you don't report. I honestly find it such a rewarding experience the HLC~ what a great group of women!!!
ReplyDeleteKim~ way to go!! I'm telling you Atkin's is seriously super good. I feel so good on it, and I have tremendous energy, not to mention the continous steady weight loss. I know you will find success if you stick with it.
I will also report my last 30 days. I have met my exercise goals 30/30 nutrition goals 29/30 and pounds lost: 17!!! I would say that I have been very successful this last 30 days.
I honestly thank you all for your encouragement and drive to help me! I really think this HLC has done wonders for me, it's kept me going when I want to "not go to the gym today" "eat the cake" "order the pizza" so I am grateful for such good friends! Best of luck to us all in the next 30 days of this journey. My hope is to lose at least 10 lbs in the next 30 days!
