Good to be back

I missed following the success of the HLC. Great news Heather. Atkins really is the game for you. So happy for your success. I bet the W W ladies were blown away because they don't see #'s like that often. Way to go. Kim you are right the weight will come off. Congratulations to the bone and back ladies team. I had a good week until today and I had a come apart but tomorrow will be better. For June I am 23 for 25 wo I am not going to worry about this bad day. Best of luck. Wish we had more bloggers.

    I met my goals today.

    Bone and Back was fun. We may not have come in first in the race, but I think we came in first for team spirit and vehicle decorations!
