Cool Saturday
Too many deserts at a family gathering where I was in the kitchen for hours. No time for exercise. Rough day and I fell yucky, why do I do this? New week tomorrow. Time to weigh in and get going again. I would love more activities. The hike was great. More bike rides and more hikes would be good for me.

I did great today and met my goals. I'm on the easy part of Atkins!! The first week of induction has been a success, from here on out it's a breeze! ;)
ReplyDeleteI agree I would love more activities! Hiking is a favorite and when I get a nice bike, that's always great too!!
Cherie- you were mentioning doing a mini triathlon. I want to do it with you!!! It would be a nice challenge. When is it? I think I will train for that and some half marathons this winter. I'm VERY determined to arrive at spring and be at my goal weight and with a very strong healthy body!

There was a mini triathalon this year in Rigby early in the summer. I assume it will roll around again. I will watch but I am sure there are others too.

I was in Salt Lake on Saturday for a friend reunion and to see my youngest 3 children + daughter-in-law. I had a great time and I did meet my goals, although they were pretty lenient.
