I missed all of you W Watchers. Had a good report there and met my goals. Hope you did too. Sounds like you had fun at the fair, Heather. Me too. Great place to people watch.

    I didnt meet goals. Going to the demolition derby with my son tomorrow at the fair. Then for REAL I am back on Atkins! Happy day to you all tomorrow!
