No title I am not feeling creative

I met my goals today. My goals are the same for October as they were for September. Maybe this month I will actually do them. Stay under 60 carbs a day. Exercise 6 days a week, 6 cardio days and 3 weight days also. Weigh every Monday. Keep an exercise and food journal each day. Hope your day is going well and your goals are being met.
