Ok, Here I Go....

Hey Ladies! Thanks for letting me know about the HLC. I'm thrilled! I'm a pretty motivated person, but lately I've had trouble motivating myself, so the HLC has come into my life at the perfect time! I definitely need your support and goal setting ideas to get me goin!

Today I set my October goals:

1. At least an hour of cardio 3x a week.
2. 100 crunches and 20 push-ups a day M-F
3. Get 15lbs. off my gorgeous body that is hiding underneath all this fat :0) tee hee

My goal for the outlet shopping trip is to be in a size 12.

I am excited for the bad habits I will lose and for the friends I will gain!

    Okay, another month-- time to start again. :) Way to go Ilene!!

    Here are my goals for October:

    1. Record all food and activity on my Calorie.com food log each day.
    2. Eat a minimum of 3 servings of fruits or vegetables each day.
    3. Take a daily multivitamin.
    4. Exercise at the Melaleuca gym 3 days per week.
    5. Run 6 miles per week.
    5. Post my activities on the HLC blog daily.

  2. What a good day! We took our 5th graders to Tautphaus for an afternoon of reading. It was so fun and the kids were super... quieter than in the classroom! A student asked me when the bus was coming before we left, and I told her we were walking. "Walking!" She was astounded. (Sunnyside Elem is at most 3/4 a mile from Tautphaus.) Anyway...she made it(but she sure whined about it.) The teacher that brought up the end of the line told me not to walk so fast! (I was the lead.) I felt great... some of kids told me I walked too fast. I told em to keep up with the old teacher or go back with the slow pokes! Guess this healthy stuff works! Actually, I can feel it works because well...I can feel it! I don't know what my plans for October are yet because it shouldn't be October yet! Where did the first month of school go? (Oh, I remember...it went into this 3 credit math class and on my student teacher.) I'll get my thoughts together and get back with ya. I've met my goals (except for one day) since I last posted.

  5. My goals for October:

    Eat three meals a day and no snacking at all.
    I find that I snack when I am bored and stressed. To help with the stress I am going to organize my closet and my laundry room this month. Being able to find things when I need them will be great!
