Goals: Not eat after 8:15, walk 1-2 hours a week, watch the processed sugars and carbs, stetching exercises three times a week, keep drinking lots of water and keep losing at least a pound per week. Goals are met for these first three days of October. I'm looking forward to Friday (the last day of that math class!) Have a great, healthy week ya all! Be positive...small steps turn into great progress! :)
