Sunday the 3rd

We just got back from Salt Lake--a very nice weekend.

I met my goals today. I hope you all had a great weekend and are looking forward to a healthy week.

  1. Goals: Not eat after 8:15, walk 1-2 hours a week, watch the processed sugars and carbs, stetching exercises three times a week, keep drinking lots of water and keep losing at least a pound per week.
    Goals are met for these first three days of October.
    I'm looking forward to Friday (the last day of that math class!) Have a great, healthy week ya all! Be positive...small steps turn into great progress! :)
