Friday, friday!

I know Ilene used that title last week, but it's just one of those songs that gets stuck in your head!

I'm finished eating for the day plus I went to the gym already, so I can report that I met my goals today.

I recently read something I've thought a lot about . . .this author says that sometimes you have to think you're a certain way and then you become that way. Like with the weight loss, I know a lot of times I thought of myself as a person who couldn't stick to a diet for more than a few weeks, someone who was overweight, etc. Now I'm trying to say to myself (and anyone who will listen) that healthy eating is easy for me, I can easily avoid sweets, I love to exercise, I'm happy with my weight . . . stuff like that. Actually some (not all) of it is true, but I'm finding that when I say things like that it really is becoming true!

  1. Is anyone else having trouble reading the comments on this blog? I can see the original post and can post but can't get to the comments. Weird. I usually weigh on Sunday but could tell from looser jeans that I may have good news. Down 3 pounds. Yeah. We are all doing great. Keep it up.
