I have found the MOST divine recipes! First is pancakes made of almonds, eggs, oil and WOW I can have something besides eggs every morning!! Second and most delish of all is cauliflower pizza!! The crust is cauliflower, egg and cheese with garlic! Amazing stuff! Very low carb and so yummy!! Both are very quick and easy to make!! If anyone wants to full recipe let me know.
I met my goals and FINALLY saw the scale move today! I feel amazing and SO strong! The repetitiveness of meeting goals everyday for 71 days really pays off! We all should commit to the next 100 day phase in February because I want everyone to know what this feels like!!

Funny Ilene. So good to laugh. Heather I love your enthusiasm, it is contagious. Recipes sound weird but good. Where do you find them? As for shopping, I would rather go in May, June is hiking weather, but whatever works. I met my goals today and feel like my jeans are a little looser, we will see on the Sunday weigh in. Ilene, I read it again and laughed some more. Thanks.
