Hello ladies. I just read the blogs and comments from Thursday on. You are all doing so well. I am happy to report that I am right on track. Good, healthy eating, and exercise.
Yes. We have a new grandson; Sawyer Joel Schank, born Jan 13, at 3:13pm. He is beautiful. Lindsey and baby are doing well. Life is good.
I'm proud of everyone meeting their goals. You all continue to inspire.
