Hello good friends! I'm happy to report that I'm still 100%! I'm starting to see a difference. I'm wearing some jeans that I hadn't worn since last fall. It feels so good to be meeting goals and feeling good!

Heather, I'm soooo sorry about your flooded basement. I dread the day my basement floods. (Doesn't it happen to all of us sooner or later?!)
