New Year

Happy New Year. Everyone looked so good today, what beautiful women all of you are. Day 1 of the 40 day challenge or day 62 for our all stars. Feels good to be in control. I weighed this morning for the first time since about Thanksgiving. Not as bad as I thought but a ways to go. Keep control, keep control, keep control. I said that all day. The treadmill was my friend too, it was nice to visit him again.

    I like that motto Cherie! I really enjoyed the talk today at Church. The quote from President Hinkley or Monson... ( I can't remember which one it was) that stated it's not enough to think about something but we have to implement and do it. I gotta look that one up! That kinda talk really speaks to my soul!

    It feels good to be determined again. This is the year for results. I feel much happier about myself already.
    Met my goals! It's been a while since I've written that. I agree with Lisa, 'I'm so glad to have goals again'.

    Happy New Year!! I haven't posted lately because I just haven't been on the computer not because I haven't been doing well! It's so fun to read all your great and motivational comments. Keep up the good work!

    I successfully made it through the holidays sugar-free. It really feels great, both physically and mentally.
