I keep forgetting to post so I am doing it early today. I will meet my goals today. It has been a pretty good week. Exercising 1st thing in the morning for me makes it easier to keep control all day long. Congratulations to you that are doing so well.
Glad to hear everyone is hanging in there! I'm like Ilene in that I avoid posting when I'm not doing as well as I'd like. Fortunately I have the exercise habit down--I've been getting up at 5 to exercise before school. I also have healthy breakfasts and lunches. It's the 3-5 pm time slot that's doing me in. I'm working on it though. I come up with a new plan almost every day! I'm not giving up though. I'll have positive news tomorrow!
ReplyDeleteI have met my goals this week. I have found too that excercise in the morning works best--that way I don't talk myself out of it later in the day when I'm more tired.
ReplyDeleteI met my goals. Burned a good 1800 calories tonight, was covered in sweat, and exhausted myself...but it feels good. Yea its Friday tomorrow!
