Good meeting today. It is such fun working toward a common goal with all of you. Welcome Annette. I did great on exercise today not so good on nutrition.
We agreed to post our goals--so here are mine: Nutrition: Follow the Weight Watcher program 100% Exercise: Exercise at least 30 minutes a day 6 days a week.
