New month

Good meeting today. It is such fun working toward a common goal with all of you. Welcome Annette. I did great on exercise today not so good on nutrition.

    Nutrition: Follow the Weight Watcher program 100%
    Exercise: Exercise at least 30 minutes a day 6 days a week.

    Fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lots of water, lean meat, no sugar (except 25, 26th - Thanksgiving and 30th anniversary celebration), exercise.
