Monday tra la la day

Hello Fellow HLC members....where are you?????? I am happy to report that I met my goals for nutrition and am heading to the gym for a good 60 minute run as soon as I finish this post. Happy Monday and here's to a successful Tuesday!

  1. It is easier to post when I am doing well. I am exercising well but eating like crazy. Once I start down the carb road I have a hard time stopping. I hope to get control after this weekend as I will be feeding the 5000 for the rest of the week. Hope the rest of you are doing well.

  3. Ditto Cherie's comment for me! I haven't posted because I hate to keep admitting that I didn't meet my goals . . .but I guess that's the purpose of this thing! I am happy to say that I've been very consistent with my exercise goals--so we know there are lots of nice strong muscles underneath the fat layer! I'm not doing terrible with my eating, but I'm not sticking with my goals either. I've got company coming starting tomorrow plus it seems like we're having some kind of celebration every day this week (birthday, bridal shower, Thanksgiving). It will be lots of fun and I will definitely concentrate on not overdoing it.
