the last day of November

Well, the Christmas season is truly upon us! At my school, even though over half of us are trying to avoid sugar, someone decided that we should take turns bringing treats throughout the month so that there will be a new treat each day in the faculty room. I didn't want yesterday's treat, but today's looked quite good, so I took a piece and wrapped it up for Friday--my free day! I'm feeling really good after only 2 days on Body for Life, so I don't think I'm going to eat as much junk on Friday as I thought I would.

It was good to hear from Heather and Ilene--you both have great goals and I know you'll get your $5. back. To a fun and healthy December!

  1. I forgot to mention that I did meet my goals today. That makes two days in a row--I'm starting a new trend.

  2. I met my goals today and feel so much better just getting back in control! My goals for December are:
    4 hours exercise/week
    8 glasses water daily
    5 fruits/vegs daily
    whole grain
    1 treat/week

  3. Day 3 of Body for Life and it's a success. I can not believe how sore I am from the weight training portion, but I like the pain because it reminds me that I have muscles under there! I met my goals!
