My Goals for This Month Are:
1. Blog Everyday.
2. Cardio 3x a Week.
3. Weight Training 3x a Week.
4. ONLY 1 (one, uno, één, 一個, l'un, einer, один, ONE LISA ONE!!!) Sugary Substance a Week!
5. No Fried Food, or Anything That Makes Me Feel Guilty at the End of the Day!! HEALTHY EATING!!
Got back from Boise today. Yucky roads but I did great for two days with nutrition and exercise. Thanks for the inspiration. Let's all do great this month. My goals are the same as before. Keep an exercise and nutrition journal each day, do cardio 5 times a week and throw in some weights 3 times a week. Keep my carb intake to 40 to 50 carbs each day. Weigh once a week.

It's so exciting to see that we're all doing so well! It is hard to get back on track, but look at us--We're succeeding! I met my goals today. That makes three whole days in a row. That's the longest streak I've had since sometime in October. I can tell we're on a roll.
