My oh my aren't we women of few words...well I'll change that. I met my goals today and feel great. I came across a great recipe that I thought I'd share. Its called power oatmeal and its a body for life recipe. 1/2 cup old fashioned oats, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, 1/2 cup skim milk, dash od cinnamon. Place those ingrediants in a bowl and microwave for 2 minutes. Take it out and put 1 tablespoon protein powder and your favorite fresh berries...wahlah power oatmeal! Its really quite good and filling and very quick! anyhoo let's have as good of week this week as we did last!
