Hard times

I have no idea what is going on with me these past few days but goodness all I want to do is eat....I have not given in and done so (other then my allowed food choices and amounts) but goodness it's all I can do to stay on track. Everything sounds good and looks good. Christmas can not come soon enough...that is my next free day. I did meet my goals today for food and am heading to the gym in 10 minutes to go my stuff. Best of LUCK to everyone...this week is hard on the eating!!

  1. Way to stay strong. I have been eating everything in sight so you are doing great. Keep it up because it feels so much better to succeed. I will get a grip after Christmas when I can get control over my life and my time. You guys that are sticking to it are awesome.

  2. Good job, Heather! Good job, Kim and Annette too. You are hanging tough!
    I'm not.

  3. I agree with Heather--Looking forward to January when the treats have gone away! I met my goals today and am heading up to Island Park for the next 2 days. I am bringing lots of fruit and legal food, so I should be okay there.

  4. I fourth Heather's comments! I've been having a pretty easy time until yesterday . . . just too many yummy looking treats! Stop counting your money, Heather, I DID NOT give in! I've actually loved getting all these treats and I've packaged them up nicely for our family dinner (and my free day) on Christmas Eve. I've also been exercising first thing in the morning, so I'm still at 100% on my goals for December.

Annette--have a great time in Island Park. Snowmachining burns lots of calories, right?

Cherie, Ilene . . .I think you're both great. And, don't you think that even if you're not sticking to your goals every day, at least you're doing better than nothing at all.

We're headed to Salt Lake this afternoon to be with our future daughter-in-law when she receives her endowments tonight. Fun times!
