What's your favorite legal treat?

What do you use to get you past that "I'm not really hungry, but want something tasty" time? Mine are Sugar Free Werthers candy (I like all 3 flavors, regular caramel, mint caramel, & cinnamon caramel). I met my goals today. I walked on the treadmill first thing this morning--my day goes much better when I do that rather than try to fit exercise in later in the day. Hope you all had a great Tuesday!

  2. My favorite treats are the chocolate atkins bars, especially the ones that look like Reese's pieces. I met my goals today too. Feels good.

  3. I met my goals. I like to have a few pieces of dried fruit - no sugar added. It is very sweet all on it's own.

  4. I met my goals today and am finally over the sore hump....guess my muscles are awake...I feel stronger! I'm excited that we are all doing so well. Its super fun to hear from everyone too!
