  2. Yea Lisa that is exciting news about your house and yes Body for Life is awesome. I met my goals today...although I was tempted to eat a brownie or cake at the Christmas party I was able to resist. I am loving that it's the weekend and time to recover from the week and my free day is tomorrow~ I believe the cocoa bean is in my future! :)

  3. Hooray for Lisa!! We are glad you'll be here permanantly. I met my goals today and tried out the cross country skiis--definitely will require some practice, but was fun. I think I should get extra points for dodging the dogs in the backyard while on skiis for the first time :) I'm trying to wait until Monday for my weekly treat--we have a family party.

  4. Great news from everyone!--especially that Lisa is not deserting us and Annette doesn't have any broken bones.

I took my free day today, and what a learning experience! First, nothing tasted as great as I thought it would. Second, I didn't eat as much as I thought I would. And third, I feel so yucky (Chinese food) that I can hardly wait to get back on the program tomorrow! I was afraid that a free day would throw me into non-stop eating, but that isn't the case at all! Yes, I did meet my goals today. Keep up the good work everybody!

  5. I met my goals also. I wasn't even tempted by anything today. That feels good!
We are probably in the minority of women who are lose weight this month.
BTW, I'm back to my pre-thanksgiving weight. It was a ridiculous 5 pounds!
