Anyway, I met my goals today. We went out to dinner, but I made good choices and ate small portions. It was actually easy! I'm really sold on the Body for Life program, but I think I've made that clear in previous posts. I hope you're all doing well!

Alas I must confess. I had to bake a bunch of stuff today to take to parties next week, (next time I am going to buy it at Geraldine's) and I could not resist sampling a little (oh wait, a lot of fudge, cookies and pumpkin bread) so I have to say today I did not achieve my goals. Bummer. I did get 45 minutes on the treadmill and some other exercise in so not a total loss.
ReplyDeleteCherie~ I am proud that you still blogged even though you didn't met your goals! That is a good thing and congrats on still meeting your excercise goals!
ReplyDeleteKim~ congrats and yes I am SOLD on Body for Life and honestly can't say enough good about the program and the way I feel.
I met my goals today. I ran my 5 miles this morning and that felt good. Today was my free day for nutrition and I am excited to say that I did pretty good and didn't go overboard.
I met my goals today. It was my free day and although I didn't go too overboard, I still feel blachh from what I did eat--I guess that's progress.
ReplyDeleteI didn't meet my goals today. I started the day at the temple, and filled it up all day, ending with Stake Conference, and didn't get my exercising in. Tomorrow is another day, and a blank slate.
