A Renewed Effort

It was great meeting with everyone today. I feel inspired!

Even though it's still November, I'm starting my December goals today. I met my goals today.

My goals for December:
1. Follow the Body for Life nutrition program.
2. Continue with ChaLean Extreme on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
3. Run (on the treadmill-boo!) on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

I hope to lose at least 10 lbs. by the next time we meet, but of course I'll be happy with more. At our next meeting (Jan. 3), let's all report how we did over this 5 week period as far as weight loss or maintenance goes.

  2. I also started my December goals yesterday. My goals for this coming month are: Body for Life program and the running program that Kim and I are doing. I will follow both programs completely everyday. I plan to be down 12 lbs or more in the month as well. I met my goals!

  3. OK, I rethought my goals:
    One sweet per week through the month of December.
    Avoid all other sugar
    Whole foods
    Exercise 5-6 X/wk
    8 glasses water
    I think that about sums it up.
