everyday without you is like a year without rain

Is it wrong that I love the new song by Selena Gomez...slightly right?? :) Ilene you are doing great...keep it up and the money is yours! Annette, you are also doing amazing and one little deviation is better then one HUGE deviation, which is generally where I find myself! Kim, good idea on the meal idea. I know you will see positive results. Happy Trails HLC we are making good choices and getting stronger everyday!

    I totally missed the whole point of this blog earlier...reporting...I met my goals today and am off to run 3 miles.

    GOOD JOB LADIES!!! I'm still here...just been ill. My kids went through the flu and Saturday 1/2 way thru our move I felt it coming on...tried to psych myself out and say NO WAY am I getting sick...it didn't work. I hope to hit the gym tomorrow :0)

    I'm so proud of ya'll...it's been a great month!

    Lisa, I'm sorry to hear that you've been ill. I hope you are on the mend.
    I am slowly dropping weight. I still hope to meet my -8 lb weight loss goal this month.
