meeting day

Good meeting ladies. Everyone seems very motivated. I put Feb 21st and April 16th on my calendar so I can participate in the fun and games. I met my goals today for the 1st time in forever so I am proud. I may need to go to bed now so I am not tempted. If I were as motivated as some of you I would go to the gym instead, but it is too cold and I am too wimpy. Good luck. Thanks for the moral support.

  1. LOOK AT ME!!! I'm BLOGGGGING!!!!! :0) I met my goals today. I am loving BFL! I haven't felt this healthy for a while....well, since I gained 60 lbs. :0) I've been doing BODY FOR LIFE (I caved in from peer pressure) :0) Today was the beginning of my 4th week. I'm seeing changes in the way my clothes fit me, and I'm thrilled! Mostly I'm seeing changes in my attitude, self-esteem, and energy...all for the better. Those changes alone are pushing me to continue with this lifestyle. Thanks SO MUCH Kim and Heather for your inspiration and motivation. I didn't blog, but I was keeping up with your comments, and that's what set me on this course.

    I am so impressed with all ya'll who are doing the running. It's impressive! Way to go!

    Thanks again HLC for being my friends and my motivation to live a better life, not only physically, but mentally and spiritually as well. YOU ARE AWESOME WOMEN!!!

    So HAPPY we moved here...to this very spot!

  2. Yes, I'm glad we met today too! I also met my goals today (finally!). I really do feel so much better. It's good to hear from you, Lisa. I think it really helps for all of us to work together. I got the money straightened out when I got home. We have $210 in our fun fund and $30 in the challenge fund.

  6. I met my goals yesterday and was inspiried by a comment from someone about keeping a food journal--that's what I need to do now! I started one this morning. I know that will make me thinks about what I am eating and why. Thanks for all your encouraging words.
