A Tip
On the Skinny Minny Blog, someone recently posted a tip I'd like to share. One of the participants said she tries to have a 12 hour break between dinner and breakfast the following morning. She heard it might help her metabolism or something. Well, I think it's worth a try--it certainly won't hurt! So today I didn't have breakfast until 8 since I ate something at 7:30 last night. Tonight we had dinner late, so I'll have to have a late breakfast again. I can see that this will be easy as long as I'm not in school. Once school starts, no more eating after 6 p.m.!!

I've also heard this... Kinda. When I worked out with the trainer and in books and articles I always hear you shouldn't eat after 7, or at least stop eating 4 hours before bed. So there must be something to not putting anything into the body for long periods of time.
