Wednesday

I got the Skinny Rules CD from the library yesterday.  It's only one CD--must not be a very long book!  So, I'm going to start listening to it tomorrow as I drive to and from school and then I can give you more info.

How's everyone doing?  I'm seeing better progress since I started the Building Good Habits competition.  I'm pretty sure it's the lack of daily sugar that's helping!
