Hello Friends! I met my exercise goals today. Did pretty good on nutrition but did have a piece of zucchini bread at work today. I also pretty much have a huge craving for Reed's Dairy chocolate moose in a waffle cone!! hmmmm dilemma.
Heather, you wrote this post pretty early. I'm going to assume you did NOT go to Reed's and indulge!
I didn't do so bad yesterday, but I didn't meet my goals. I've decided to tighten down on the calorie count because I'm really not losing much weight. Unfortunately I went over a bit yesterday, so I'm going to count the day as not meeting my goals. I like having this blog though, because I know I'll stick with my plan starting today (Friday) rather than waiting until Monday!
