I can't believe I forgot to blog yesterday because I finally met my nutrition goals for a whole day. Also I met my exercise goals. Good day. Today will be another.
Well, I met my exercise goals, but went a little over on my eating. I haven't been keeping track of my good and bad days, so I guess I'd better run through the blog and see how I've done! I made the big mistake today . . .I had a good breakfast but then I went to school thinking I'd be home in time for lunch. I didn't get home until almost 4, so I thought I was starving and ate too much. Ah well, tomorrow is another day!
I just went through the month, and there are 4 days I did not meet my goals. I will meet my goals for the rest of the month, so that means my total for August is 4 which isn't so bad, but you'd think I'd be skinnier! My goals it to be at the next lowest size by October 1st.
