Terrific Tuesday
Hey, I get to be first! It's been great to hear from everyone. I met my goals today. Tuesday is supposed to be my rest day from exercise, but I've felt a little lost without it today. (I know that may sound weird, but I think I'm getting addicted to exercise!) I decided that starting next Tuesday I'm going to do the Saturday ChaLean workout on Tuesdays. I haven't been doing ChaLean on Sat because we've been running so long that day. In case you're wondering, I just completed the first 60 days of the 90 day program. I'm not sure if I look different, but I know I've developed some good muscles which at the moment are hidden under the fat. But once I get rid of the excess, I should be pretty buff haha.

Good job those of you that are doing so great. I have been meeting my exercise goals but can't seem to get eating under control. I like my new scale though it says I have lost another pound. I just don't believe it, as my clothes seem to be shrinking. I guess I will start with what it says and hope to go down from here. Tomorrow is another day.
ReplyDeleteI met my goals in spite of eating at Jack in the Box with my student teacher (it was where she wanted to go!, and at Buddy's because that's where the grandkids wanted to go.) I'm going to cut carbs in next month's goals :) I can tell I haven't had all the water for today that I need. Funny how one begins to notice the difference when you don't get your water intake. As Scarlet and Cherie says, "Tomorrow is another day!" Kim, what is Chalean? You & Heather are so dedicated to that running thing and the exercising that your inspire me. I'm sure you've noticed a difference, it sure shows on Heather (I'm a proud mom!!) Have a great day tomorrow, everyone!
ReplyDeleteThanks mom~ you are so precious in so many ways! Good job Cherie~ I bet with all the exercise you are doing that you have indeed lost a pound. Kim you will be down the next size in no time~ you are so swell!!
ReplyDeleteI met my goals today.
