Hey

Congratulations Kim and Heather on having 6 miles be easy to run. What a big accomplishment. All I can report it that I should have taken the month of August off. Kathy, glad you are doing well enough to walk the dogs.

    Today was my grandson's birthday--had to have a piece of cake! (no ice cream though) Other than that, I met my goals, but I will count this as a "didn't quite make it" day.
