It has been raining buckets here since about 9:00. Luckily I got in a walk right before it started. I cannot believe the amount of rain that has come down, probably more than Idaho gets all year.
Kathy, it is great to have you join the HLC. Can't wait to hear good news from you about the goals you accomplish. Heather scary to hear your hair is falling out but sounds like you know what to do to gets more nutrients. Good luck with that. Julie, good to hear from you but sorry about the sad news. I never met Kelli but I am sorry for those of you that cared about her. Kim, way to go staying tied with Heather. I am already behind for two days of eating but on track with exercise for all three days and doing well with nutrition today. Can't wait to hear from the rest of you. We miss you Renae and Elise. Hope you are doing great on your goals also. Sorry again to hear about your friend.

Hold the phone....I didn't meet my nutrition goals today, but did my excerise. I had a cupcake tonight for my daughter's b-day. Silly little thing was quite tasty though. So I have opened the door for you guys to win this month, wasn't that so considerate of me??!! :)
ReplyDeleteThank you for the welcomes, I think having to report each day will help my motivation. It has so far anyway. I met my goals yesterday and today even though I had a picnic to go to meet my new principal and Aubrey's birthday. I can't believe she is eight already! Kim, I'm sorry about your friend and the sorrow you feel. It is so hard to have someone you love go on and know we won't see them for awhile.
